Delivery Policy
When purchasing on our Shopping Cart you will be asked to choose
a freight option to suit your purchase. If you choose an option
that is not compatible with your product we will advise you.
We aim to courier your product the same day you order and
depending on the size and NZ destination your should receive this
within 1-3 days. Please email us on sailone@sailone.co.nz or
phone us on 0800 724-5663 if you do not receive it within this time
and we will track it for you. Overseas orders will take between 5 -
7 days.
Please note that delivery dates are a best estimate and are
given in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of
sale. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery
however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of
contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the
contract because of late delivery.
Refund / Returns Policy
Faulty goods
If you think your goods are faulty retun them to us in person or
send them to us with a covering letter containing your contact
details and any relevant information.
Once we have received them we will assess the problem and
contact you to discuss the options. Our first option will be
to repair or replace the goods, if this is not possible we will
refund the purchase price. Replacement goods will be sent freight
free.
Unused goods
Goods complete in their original package and unused may be
returned to us for a refund within 2 weeks after purchase. This
does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or
modified to your specifications.
Proof of Purchase
We require a copy of your receipt or as many details about the
transaction as possible to allow us to find the transaction on the
computer.
Refunds
Will be made using the same form as the original payment and
will exclude the cost of freight.
